Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Issues
We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, if you encounter any of the following issues, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Item Received: Should you receive a different item than what you ordered, please let us know, and we will correct the mistake promptly.

Returns and Exchanges
As our products are custom-made to order, we do not support returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or for change of mind. To ensure you select the correct size, please refer to our detailed sizing charts available on each product page.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters our production queue quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, cancellations or modifications are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days for domestic (U.S.) orders or 45 days for international orders, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
