2. Order Processing Time

All our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify using Bella+Canvas 3001 shirts. Once you place an order, we process it within:

βœ” 2-7 business days for production (on average).
βœ” Once your order is printed and packed, it is shipped based on the shipping method selected.

During peak seasons, production times may be slightly longer.


3. Estimated Shipping Times

After production, your order will be shipped via our trusted delivery partners. Estimated shipping times:

🌎 Canada: 7-14 business days
🌍 International: 10-30 business days (varies by country)

4. Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $55.00: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your package in real-time.

If you haven't received a tracking email after 7 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@sillytownstore.com.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame:
βœ” Check your tracking number for updates.
βœ” Contact the shipping carrier for more details.
βœ” If your package is lost in transit for more than 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (internationally), contact us, and we will work on a solution (replacement or refund).

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the buyer's responsibility.

We do not cover customs fees. If you refuse to pay them and the package is returned, we cannot issue a refund for shipping costs.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge a reshipping fee to send it again.
