Canvas before; The t-shirt you will buy is made of high quality soft
fabric. It is one of the most loved blank t-shirt brands. It feels
comfortable.

Care instructions: Machine wash with warm water (max 40C or 105F), use
non-chlorine bleach as needed, and tumble dry on low heat. You can also
iron, steam or dry it on medium heat, but do not dry clean.


Printing method: We use the latest DTG printing method to create these
stunning tees. This specialized ink jet technology allows us to print on
textiles and garments using specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that
are directly applied to the textile by the print head and absorbed by
the garment's fibers. This guarantees a high-quality print that won't
fade or crack over time.

2. Order Processing Time

All our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify using Bella+Canvas 3001 shirts. Once you place an order, we process it within:

2-7 business days for production (on average).
✔ Once your order is printed and packed, it is shipped based on the shipping method selected.

During peak seasons, production times may be slightly longer.


3. Estimated Shipping Times

After production, your order will be shipped via our trusted delivery partners. Estimated shipping times:

📍 United States: 3-7 business days
🌎 Canada: 7-14 business days
🌍 International: 10-30 business days (varies by country)

4. Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $55.00: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your package in real-time.

If you haven't received a tracking email after 7 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@sillytownstore.com.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame:
✔ Check your tracking number for updates.
✔ Contact the shipping carrier for more details.
✔ If your package is lost in transit for more than 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (internationally), contact us, and we will work on a solution (replacement or refund).

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the buyer's responsibility.

We do not cover customs fees. If you refuse to pay them and the package is returned, we cannot issue a refund for shipping costs.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge a reshipping fee to send it again.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Order Issues & Eligibility for Returns

Since our products are printed on demand through Printify, we only accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

Damaged or Defective Items – If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Incorrect Item Sent – If you receive the wrong item, size, or design, we’ll correct the mistake.

🔹 We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for size selection mistakes or buyer's remorse. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.


2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@sillytownstore.com with:

✔ Your order number
Clear photos of the issue (showing the product and defect)
✔ A short description of the problem

We’ll review your request and, if approved, we’ll either:

  • Send a free replacement OR
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.


3. Cancellations & Changes

Because all products are made to order, we can only accept cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this period, the order has already entered production and cannot be changed or canceled.


4. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected shipping time:
✔ Check your tracking number for updates.
✔ Contact the shipping carrier for more details.
✔ If your package is lost in transit for more than 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (internationally), contact us, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

❌ Personalized/customized items
❌ Items returned due to incorrect address submission
